Felt Sheeting - 0.44sg Hard Density

Hard density felt sheeting is much firmer and less compressible than our other felt grades. Due to the higher density it is more stable when cut so is often preferred if converted into shapes that require a tighter tolerance. Compared to softer grades, hard density felt provides a greater resistance to friction and is commonly used in higher specification applications such as for seals and gaskets, anti-vibration pads and wicking components. Supplied cut from a 1.8mtr wide roll, hard density felt sheeting is available in a range of thicknesses.
